Milligan Water Supply Corporation offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

 

Security & Privacy: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. Your payment and personal information is always safe.  Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. We will not sell your information to anyone.

Refunds: All refunds will be provided as a credit to the payment method used at the time of the transaction.

 ONLINE BILL PAY

    YOU WILL NEED TO REGISTER FOR THE NEW AMPSTUN CUSTOMER PORTAL IN ORDER TO VIEW YOUR BILL AND PAY ONLINE. PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE TO MAKE A PAYMENT BY PHONE. 972-542-1143

• Payments for Milligan WSC, Mckinney Texas only. 
• Payments made by Credit Card or Debit card are subject to a $2.50 fee for transactions up to $200, payments over $200 are charged at 2.75%
• E-checks are charged a flat rate of $2.00
• To sign up for bank draft from checking or savings at no charge, return this  ACH FORM to the office. 
  
• To sign up for auto pay using a credit card please click the "pay my bill" button on this page, then set up an account with Nexbill and add your payment information. (The same fees apply as a one time payment) 

 
Payment By Phone

At this time, you can call the office during business hours to process a payment by phone. 972-542-1143

 
Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up an Automated Bank Draft, simply download and complete the ACH Recurring Debit Form in the Forms & Reports Section, then drop it off or mail it to our office along with a voided check. The ACH Bank Draft is for checking and savings accounts only. (Auto payments by credit card must be set up through the customer portal and fees do apply)
 

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, checks, or money orders. A drop box is located near the front entrance to the office.  

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions, such as major banks, offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account since your bank will be sending the payment by US Mail. Please consult with your bank for more information.
